How do I switch between Easy and Hard colouring?
Tap Colour, then choose Easy or Hard at the top of the screen. You can also change it in the Parents area.
How do I get into the Parents area?
Tap Parents in the top corner of the home screen and answer the maths question.
How do I delete a picture?
Open My pictures and press and hold the picture you want to remove, then confirm.
My child keeps wiping the picture. Can I get it back?
Yes — straight after tapping the red clear button, tap the purple undo button once and the picture comes back.
The pictures aren’t showing.
The app needs an internet connection the first time it opens to fetch the picture list. After that it remembers it.
